Midweek Break

Weeknight girls night out with some lovely ladies from work
Went for the fancy option - the comfort of Gold Class
Parramatta Gold Class - so convenient to work
Champagne on arrival
B U B B L E S
Tried the cocktail of the month - Poison Apple, which I assume was for Snow White & The Huntsman. There was Midori and Cranberry juice in it - can't remember what else but it was delicious. There appeared to be candy apple crushed around the edge of the glass.
Relaxing in the reclining chair
The goodie bag..............
Including a jar of Doodle Creek Mayonaise (WTF) and Organic Chicken Rub (WTF)
The rest of the goodie bag
My partners in crime.........getting their social media (instagram probably) on before lights out.
And like that it was over.
It's not a movie that will hurt your head, but it was funny and there were plenty of buff men with little on.
Matthew McConaughey was very funny and at the same time creepy, as the ageing stripper.

The actors from CSI Miami, True Blood and White Collar  didn't have much to do, other than strip, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing.  And blast from the past - Kevin Nash, who I remember from WCW (wrestling) back in the 1990s - as the man mountain, older man stripper. The Kid - Alex Pettyfer - didn't interest me.
The star for me was Channing Tatum........he dances, he strips and he was so funny in 21 Jump Street.
Included was a tasting plate meal, served as a high tea. Typical Gold Class fare, which is OK. The slider was nice, the bruschetta passable, the rice balls OK. Dessert was a waffle and chocolate sauce - which didn't hold up well and seemed to have heat effected the lindt balls on the same tier.
Below is the contents of the Goodie bag..........pretty sweet haul.
