Got home from IMATS just in time to watch the AFL Grand Final and see the mighty Sydney Swans win the 2012 cup.
One of these days I might see my NRL team win.....

A visit to my hometown/suburb isn't complete without a trip to the famous "Granville Chicken" shop El Janneh. People come from miles to try the charcoal chicken and the best garlic sauce you will ever find.... just be prepared that loved ones and vampires will avoid you like the plague after the garlic sauce.

Sunday saw the beginning of the cleaning process for my new house....

Sunday night of the long weekend = NRL grand final.
Whilst the mighty Parramatta Eels were not playing, it is still the tradition to sit down with a beer (Fat Yak - nice drop) or a cider (Ripe Cider - Ok, a bit "winey' for me) and some party pies and sausage rolls.

and the decking is finished............. just the balustrades, steps and edging to go.
